I am a bit confused with my current setup in one phone… My apn is set at Boost Mobile with Yesinternet… When I switch the SIM card into another phone it is coming up as Optus and Yesinternet but with that setting I can’t get USB or WiFi hotspot to work but it does on the previous phone…

Just bought a GPS tracker from alibaba. Can’t seem to get it working. It’s a pre-paid SIM card from Optus. Tech in China said I have the wrong apn and ip. Can you tell me the right apn and ip for this kind of use?

I have purchased a Samsung S5 from Catchadeal and it has come from the US, with T-mobile branding. I cannot get the hotspot to work it comes up with “mobile data is not available or invalid sim. I have changed the APN to different configurations to no avail. I have contacted Telstra and Samsung and have not been able to fix. When you go into Tethering and Hotspot the screen has a message about adding Smartphone Mobile Hotspot service to your rate plan – which is an American thing not for here.I couldn’t get MMS at first, but now can with the correct APN. Can anyone help?

I can’t seem to set up my phone to use MMS and internet at the same time.
Samsung Galaxy S5 active. Android 6.0.1 My provider is Amaysim. I can get the MMS to work on one APN but I have to switch APN to get internet to work, surely there is a way to set it up to use both?

Help !!!! I bought my mum a ” user” friendly Daxian ph and cannot get it to work ! She is with vodaphone and sim works fine in any other phone ! This ph is unlocked and only uses 2g network ! We have coverage so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong !!!!!!

I am unable to send or receive photos on my Kogan Android phone. I was alerted to the fact I needed to engage MMS and have followed your instructions to enter my carrier (Optus) details. However, there is no provision in my phone for “MMS Protocol (Android 2.1+)” nor can I see a radio button to press on return to the APNs menu after entering an APN. Any suggestions, please.
