Initially with iiNet, I had to change when sold (as service in terms of speed and customer interaction) dipped. I have been with Aussie now for some years (started with 100/40, then 100/20) and now have high speed as was upgraded at no additional price some months ago. Apart from a router issue (fixed by Google mesh), I have had no problems.
